Please read these terms and conditions carefully before joining the MidnightPips Masterclass Affiliate Program. By becoming an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions for MidnightPips Masterclass Affiliates

1. Eligibility:

2. a. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

3. b. Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account or another acceptable payment method to receive affiliate commissions.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities:

6. a. Affiliates will promote the MidnightPips Masterclass using the provided marketing materials, including referral links and banners.

7. b. Affiliates will not engage in any unethical or misleading marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, false claims, or impersonating the MidnightPips brand.

8. c. Affiliates will bear sole responsibility for any liabilities, expenses, or damages resulting from their promotional activities.

10. Commissions and Payments:

11. a. Affiliates will receive a commission for each referral who purchases the MidnightPips Masterclass through their unique referral link.

12. b. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

13. c. Commissions will not be paid for refunded purchases or fraudulent referrals.

14. d. MidnightPips reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payment terms at any time, with reasonable notice given to affiliates.

16. Intellectual Property:

17. a. Affiliates may only use authorized marketing materials provided by MidnightPips for promotional purposes.

18. b. Affiliates will not modify or alter any of the MidnightPips logos, graphics, or content without prior written consent.

19. c. Affiliates will not register or use any domain names, social media handles, or email addresses that may confuse or mislead customers into believing they are official MidnightPips channels.

21. Termination:

22. a. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.

23. b. MidnightPips reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program immediately if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in any unethical or harmful activities.

25. Limitation of Liability:

26. a. MidnightPips will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the affiliate relationship or the promotion of the Masterclass.

27. b. Affiliates will indemnify and hold MidnightPips harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their promotional activities.

29. Governing Law:

30. a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By becoming an affiliate for the MidnightPips Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
